Welcome to www.keikoivonne.com (the “Site”). This site is owned and operated by Brit Obenauer, doing business as Keiko Ivonne. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully—especially if you’re about to fall in love with a painting or ceramic piece.

1. Products & Availability

Each painting and ceramic item is handmade—one-of-a-kind means exactly that. Colors, shapes, and textures may vary slightly from what you see on screen (because screens can be liars). If something is out of stock, we’ll do our best to let you know right away.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout, and your order won’t ship until it’s been paid in full. We accept major credit cards and secure payment via Shopify/Stripe/PayPal/Etsy/Faire Wholesale/WIX — whichever applies.

3. Shipping & Returns

We pack with care and ship to the address you provide. Please double-check your info—we can’t be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Due to the handmade nature of each item, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or you’re deeply unhappy, email us at hello@keikoivonne.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right if we can.

4. Commissions

Custom work is available by request. Once details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin. No returns on commissioned pieces.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—images, text, and artwork—is the intellectual property of Brit Obenauer / Keiko Ivonne. Please don’t use anything without permission. Sharing with credit is cool. Copying? Not cool.

6. Site Use

You agree not to use this site for anything shady, spammy, or illegal. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who misuses it.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. For info on what we collect and how we use it, read the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates

Terms may change occasionally. If they do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the site, you’re agreeing to the most current version.
