A glimpse into the creative process.
Every painting and ceramic piece starts with a simple spark—an idea, a color, a mood, or even just the energy of a blank wall. I don’t follow a strict plan; I layer, blend, and let each piece unfold naturally.
My “studio” is usually my kitchen (because, let’s be real, the lighting’s perfect and the surfaces are washable). I work with acrylics, mixed media, and whatever I can find—a palette knife, brush, or even a spoon—to create texture. When it comes to ceramics, I hand-build everything from start to finish in my garage studio, embracing the imperfections of each piece. Inspiration is everywhere—nature, colors, and the fleeting emotions of the moment. It all comes together organically, in a rhythm I can’t quite explain but always feel.
